FIVE WEEKS BEFORE

• Choose a theme with your child
• Plan the guest list
• Reserve your party venue or ask University Rental about extending your outside space with a tent

FOUR WEEKS BEFORE

• Prepare your invitations
• Ask for an updated class list from your child’s teacher
• Ask University Rental about fun carnival games, bounce houses, water slides and activities to match your party theme
• Reserve your favorite fun food makers - University Rental is your source for cotton candy machines, popcorn machines, chocolate fountains, sno cone machines, hot dog cookers, frozen drink machines and more

THREE WEEKS BEFORE

• Mail invitations
• Purchase party supplies; remember University Rental offers custom imprinting on napkins and stocks popcorn, sno cone syrup and cotton candy sugar for concessions
• Arrange for extra help, if necessary

ONE OR TWO WEEKS BEFORE

• Call families who have not yet responded to your invitation

THREE DAYS BEFORE

• Purchase food
• Purchase batteries for camera
• Charge video camera
• Call party venue to confirm all details
• Assemble party favors

ONE OR TWO DAYS BEFORE

• Bake cake or pick up pre-ordered cake
• Confirm help if using extra help
• Decorate home or gather decorations for party venue
• Prepare make-ahead food

DAY OF PARTY

• University Rental will meet you on site to set up
